Purchase of new property

Düsseldorf, 19 September 2015 - 12.18. Investment Management GmbH (formerly Lindner Investment Management GmbH) is the new owner of Seepark Waren (Müritz) in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. On September 16, 2015, the two managing partners Jörg Lindner and Kai Richter signed an agreement to purchase Müritz Hotelpark Neuer Hafen Waren GmbH & Co. KG. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Together with a consortium of institutional investors, 12.18. plans a total of 40 million euros for the construction of the project. Thus 184 holiday apartments with a size between 52 and 176 square meters as well as an own harbour with 150 berths, own harbour gastronomy and a wellness oasis will be built. The owner-operated 12.18. Investment Management GmbH will operate the plant at Germany's largest terrestrial national park on its own account after completion and rent it out to a constantly changing group of people.

One year after taking over the Fleesensee Hotel & Sports Resort, 12.18. is now the second major tourism project in the region. "The Seepark Waren is the ideal addition to our resort at Fleesensee.

A spacious spa and wellness area as well as modern gastronomy concepts are planned. In close cooperation with the city of Waren, this project is intended to further promote tourism in the region and the Mecklenburg Lake District as a business location. "A first meeting with the mayor of Waren (Müritz), Norbert Möller, has already taken place", Richter said.
12.18. will offer the apartments of the complex in the Seepark goods for sale, thereby relying on the proven business model. "Ferie-nimmobilien are regarded as very safe investments, as they promise solid long-term returns and stable growth in value. They are becoming increasingly popular with investors as properties of stable value," says Jörg Lindner. Every fourth German plans to buy a property.
