The bathing beach is public. Use is at your own risk.

Children are only allowed on the beach under adult supervision.

Sun blinds:

Press and hold the switch to raise or lower the blinds. Press the switch briefly to change the angle of the sun protection.

Balcony lighting:

All balconies are equipped with a twilight switch, which turns the lighting on and off for a defined period of time in the evening and in the morning.
You can also regulate the light yourself; the switch for turning the lamp on and off is located on the wall in the living room.

Oven/induction cooker:

To unlock the child safety lock, press the ‘key symbol’ for 5-10 seconds until a signal sounds.

Switches in the kitchen area:

In some apartments, there is one switch for operating the blinds and one switch for the ventilation.

Underfloor heating:

You will find the black temperature controls on the walls at shoulder height.
The red light indicates that the underfloor heating is in operation. Use the switch to regulate the temperature or switch off the heating.

Ventilation system:

The ventilation system is located in the window frame and constantly circulates fresh air into the apartments.

Bathroom sink drain:

Pressing the plug blocks or reopens the drain.

You may and should use all items in your appartement.

Please treat the furnishings with care and do not move any furniture.

As the tenant, you are liable for any damage or impairment to the rented rooms and items, insofar as this exceeds normal wear and tear resulting from proper use. If you damage anything, please report the damage to us.

As the landlord, we are entitled to enter the appartement if necessary.

Payment is usually made upon arrival.
You can pay in cash, by debit card or credit card.

A deposit of 90 % is payable before arrival.

There are various providers in the marina right outside the door or in the town of Waren where you can hire a boat with or without a licence.

When cooking, increased smoke development can trigger the fire alarm system. You can prevent this by ensuring adequate ventilation.

For a particularly relaxed start to your day, we offer a bread roll service.

Your bread rolls are available for collection at reception every day from 7:45 a.m. Enjoy a hearty breakfast between Lake Müritz and Lake Feisneck!

The bus stops “Am Seepark” and “Jugendherberge” are just a few minutes’ walk from the reception building and are served daily.

The reception desk provides information about the schedules of the local bus lines.

Your apartment is ready for occupancy from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM.

Before leaving, please dispose of your trash in the containers at the designated waste collection point, close all windows and doors, and turn off the lights.

Please return any loaned items and room key cards to the reception.

In the event of an evacuation, the assembly point is located in front of our reception/central building (street side).

You are welcome to receive visitors in your apartment.

However, the number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in your booking confirmation without our consent.
In such cases, we reserve the right to charge for additional persons.

All apartments are equipped with a hairdryer.

The landlord is not liable for the tenant’s valuables.

Towels are available for rent at our reception.

Our white towels are intended for use inside the apartment only.
Please do not take them to the lawn or the beach.

The colored towels are suitable for use at the beach and on the lawn.

Dogs are allowed in selected apartments, so please register your dog in advance.
We charge an additional fee per night and per dog, for a maximum of 5 nights.

A dog-friendly beach is just a short walk away, directly in front of the Ecktannen campsite. Our staff will be happy to show you the way.

Our resort is located in the beautiful nature of the Mecklenburg Lake District and right at the entrance to the unspoiled Müritz National Park. Therefore, insects such as mosquitoes, wasps, ants, or spiders are more common here than in urban areas.

Our team regularly cleans areas such as hallways and staircases, for example removing spider webs, but they can reappear quickly.

Wi-Fi access is free for our guests. The password is available at the reception.

Children are warmly welcome at our resort. A playground is located behind our buildings.

Softer pillows can be found stored in the closet of your apartment.

You can settle your bills using EC Direct, Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard, or American Express.

The municipality of Waren charges a tourist tax for the duration of your stay. This is payable together with your accommodation invoice.
Accompanying children up to 16 years old are exempt from this tax. The tax is calculated per person per day (including arrival and departure days).

November to March: €2.00 per person/night
April to October: €2.70 per person/night

Next to the sink, you will find the starter set, which includes: 1 dishcloth, 1 scouring sponge, 4 garbage bags with ties, 1 kitchen towel, 1 bottle of dishwashing liquid (20 ml), and 1 box of dishwasher tablets (3 pieces).

A waste collection point is located at each underground garage entrance, where you can dispose of your waste from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The door code is 1234.

Please be environmentally conscious and separate your waste:

• Residual waste – grey bin (including organic waste)

• Glass – glass bin

Just a few kilometers away, the Müritz National Park stretches out with numerous hiking and cycling trails through a unique forest and lake landscape.

Swim towards the Müritz!

Our heated outdoor pool at the Tausend Seen SPA measures 6 x 15 meters. Access is through the central building.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €200 in case of violation.

Smoking on the balcony is allowed; please be considerate of your neighbors.

We provide your apartment clean and thoroughly prepared.
A vacuum cleaner and hand broom for your own use can be found in the storage room.

Please note that an additional fee applies for pets, due to the more intensive cleaning required.

Dolce Vita on the Müritz: Every day we serve freshly prepared dishes such as crispy stone-baked pizza, antipasti, pasta in various varieties, salads, and sweet treats. Our kitchen is traditionally Italian. On the terrace, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Binnenmüritz and one of the most atmospheric sunsets in the region.

The restaurant is located in the central building, with 100 indoor seats and 60 terrace seats. Reservations can be made at the reception or directly at the restaurant.

Upon arrival, you will receive the key card for your apartment and, if applicable, for the underground garage.
Passing the key card on to third parties is not permitted.

In the immediate surroundings, you will find numerous natural swimming spots at Lake Feißneck and Lake Müritz.

There is also a public bathing area at Lake Müritz in Waren – the “Volksbad” offers, among other things, a sandy beach with a shallow-water area, a water slide, and various sports facilities.

Please close all doors and windows when leaving your apartment.
You can store your valuables in the safe.

Our resort is located directly between the shore of Lake Müritz and a public road. There is no fence or other barrier on either side. Please keep a close eye on your children at all times.

Maremüritz Yachthafen Resort accepts no liability for accidents.
